David Bonham

Chairman

David has more than 35 years experience in the luxury residential property sector and has been responsible for the development of Bonham & Bonham, established in 1948 by his father Edwin Bonham. David has transformed the business into a highly reputable provider of bespoke integrated services to the ultra high end client sector.

He has developed the Bonham & Bonham architectural interior design team, re- established a larger workshop employing some of the best craftsmen in the business and established the company’s lighting manufacturing facility in Milan.

David works closely with his son James, Managing Director of Bonham & Bonham, in the management and delivery of the very highest quality residential projects.

“My goal is a very simple one: the creation of a home for our clients that is both completely original and better than anything they have ever previously experienced.”

David lives in the Channel Islands and has experience of working around the world. He has a passion for discovering the myriad of design treatments and exciting materials of construction from all parts of the globe.

James Bonham

Managing Director

Supporting his role as Managing Director, James possesses wide range of luxury property development and project management skills. With a double First degree in International Relations and International Politics, and having lived in the Middle East, he has an intimate understanding of world affairs.

He has a particular interest in the Middle East and developed his Arabic language skills at Birzeit University in Palestine. James is a great people person and works closely with all of the Middle Eastern clients of the company.

“For me only one thing is important: that our business is able to continually surprise and delight our clients with amazing design and finishing treatments, just as my father and grandfather have done since 1948.”

James enjoys his passion for polo in both the UK and Argentina and loves all things equestrian.

Joe Booth

Creative Director

As Creative Director of Bonham & Bonham Joe is charged with the delivery of the most exceptional design treatments serving the most discerning client base.

With experience in London, Europe and the Middle East, Joe has an innate sense of bespoke creativity and never ceases to amaze his colleagues with his delivery of exceptional and breath-taking design treatments.

“At Bonham & Bonham we have to deliver a unique design treatment every single time and what is exciting about that challenge is that our work gets better and better on every project.”

Joe has at his fingertips 20 years of experience in the residential luxury property sector and has worked around the world delivering exceptional results to highly demanding clients.

Joe and his lovely wife Sarah have just given to the world a beautiful baby girl, Evelyn.

Mat Dixon

Technical Director

With over 25 years of experience in the luxury property development market, Mathew is an award-winning designer possessing a wide spectrum of technical, design and property related skills.

“I have a passion for detail, and in our market, success hinges on an absolute focus on attention to detail.”

Having studied interior design at Middlesex University London, Mathew went on to work for a wide-ranging client base both in London and the Middle East where he delivered several Royal Palace design projects for Middle Eastern families.

He has a passion for travel, exploring new countries and beautiful cars.

Saranda Berveniku

Design Director

Saranda has a passion for creating beautiful spaces and her extensive experience in high-end residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects in London and New York is reflected in her sophisticated, yet understated, elegant interior designs.  

A qualified architect Saranda fuses her design talent with her technical knowledge to develop spaces that are not only visually striking but work to the specific requirements of clients. 

“I’m excited when adding eclectic pieces to my designs while continuously exploring new ways of engaging classical features within contemporary environments and materials, creating unique and timeless atmospheres.

I find visiting art exhibitions & galleries incredibly inspirational in my work. When it comes to decor, a small piece of art, or even a colour combination of a painting edge can be the catalyst of a beautifully successful scheme.”

Her holistic approach to design focuses on every single fine detail always with the aim to exceed the client expectation.

Andras Pal

Head of Visualisation

A brilliantly talented designer and visualiser, Andras brings over 20 years experience in super prime property to our team. 

With a keen eye for detail he leads the team in creating inspiring and unique narratives to each project while solving complex technical challenges.

“I love to push my limits, learn new things on each project and keep up to date with new technologies and design trends.“

His experience spans from professional technical instruction on advance 3D software, to some of the world’s best luxury interiors in addition to leading visualisation on Battersea Power Station and the Royal Albert Docks. 

Mark Eszlari

Senior Visualiser

An award winning visualiser Mark’s flair for creating incredible images is not limited to the digital realm. As a talented photographer and visual artist, his imaginative and multi-disciplined approach to creating spaces contribute significantly to his work with the design team bringing our client’s vision to life.

As a graduate in architecture and architectural visualisation and with his fluency in three languages his proven experience in the high end residential sector is a valuable asset to the team. 

“Our aim within the Visualisation department is to capture the beauty of the spaces created by the design team as realistically as possible in order to inspire the client, seeing the space like a photograph before it is even built.”

Mark’s artistic hobbies include analogue photography, film developing, drawing as well as model making, all of which drive and further inspire his creativity.

Emmanuelle Bonham

Marketing & Communications

With a degree in Social Media, Marketing & Communications, Emmanuelle has a passion for crafting social media content that shares the remarkable story of Bonham & Bonham.

“We strive to build meaningful relationships and showcase the exceptional level of detail we put into each project. Our social media gives our global audience a behind-the-scenes look at our work, allowing them to experience first-hand what sets us apart as industry leaders in the luxury residential property sector.”

Emmanuelle is a true fitness and health enthusiast, who loves hiking, long distance running and all things biohacking. 

Cowley White

Landscape Designer

Cowley is a multi award winning landscape designer and an expert in harmonising luxury properties with their surroundings. 

Having worked extensively in San Fransisco, London, Greece, the Middle East and South East Asia, and with a Chelsea Flower Show gold award under his belt, his global experiences and knowledge inform his unique approach to design.

“I specialise in creating gardens, roof terraces and outside spaces which relate carefully in style and proportion to the architecture of the specific property. It is essential to create a transition between indoor and outdoor spaces that harmonise the house with the surrounding landscape.”

Cowley enjoys travel, walking Stan his wonderful Collie cross and tending to his olive trees in Corfu.
