Delivery & Returns


If your entire order is in stock at the point of ordering you will be offered a delivery within 7-10 days. If your order is not in stock you will be offered delivery once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and any outstanding payments have been made. Please note that all balance payments must be received 10 days prior to your orders arrival to our warehouse

At the point of order all delivery options will be discussed with your sales consultant. To enable us to offer the best possible service clear instruction must be provided regarding access to the delivery destination. Our specialist teams offer assembly on arrival, removal of packaging and will deliver to your room of choice.

Please note, any cancellations within 24 hours of the booked delivery date or for any failed deliveries out with of the terms of the delivery agreement a failed delivery charge will be charged. Any deliveries requiring specialist equipment will incur additional costs. Any orders that are not able to be delivered within the agreed timeframe will be subject to storage charges.

Cancellations & Returns

Except where goods are already in stock, they will be made to order. Upon acceptance of your order, we shall therefore place making a contractual commitment. As a condition to this Agreement, we therefore require a deposit of 50% of the price or such higher percentage as we reasonably require and agree with you (the “deposit”). In each case the deposit shall represent a genuine pre-estimate of our loss should you break the contract.

You may cancel your order without forfeiting the deposit by notifying us within 2 days of the order, either by email: studio@BonhamandBonham.com, or by letter sent by recorded post to the address stated in section 9.6. You may not cancel your order after that 2 day time period (except where we are in material breach of this contract) but if you do request cancellation, we will retain the entire deposit and recover any additional losses that we suffer as a result of cancellation.

We may cancel your order (by providing notice to you) (a) if we are not able to place your order with our supplier in which case we will refund your deposit and any other sums you have paid us in respect of your goods but will not otherwise be required to pay any compensation; and (b) in the circumstances described in sections 3.3, 5.5, 5.6, 7.3 and 8.3.
